What are the differences between how Spain and Peru celebrate Day of the Dead?

So me and my grandma are planning to go to Peru in July. To see the Machu Pichu ruins. We are planning to stay ther for about 1-2weeks. But not in a fancy hotel, just a normal one.
What is the estimate amount of money that we should bring to Peru, not incluiding the plane trip.
Any other tips would help.
I’m go next month to Peru to stay there for two months. Thereafter i want to travel through South America. I will leave Peru half January and i want to go to the Carnival in Rio (end of February). Does anyone have some good tips , advice or experience? Like a boat trip on the Amazon, amazon trip from Bolivia ect?
